Until recently, I had been working for Ventura County’s largest privately owned company. I was hired on to build a creative department, and to hire and manage the team of graphic designers to create packaging and handle all of the companies marketing needs. I was in charge of all projects, from the initial development stages, all the way to being on press ensuring the final piece was what we had envisioned.
