      -Created various Logos and Artwork for marketing use, as well as a clothing line.
      -Designed several multi-purpose protective vests, for such sports as Lacrosse and Baseball. (The only product on the market that is specifically designed to provide protection to the heart.)
      -Designed multiple versions of Football Rib Protectors that have both reduced weight and bulk, while still increasing protection and comfort. Also developed an innovative, Universal Mounting System that allows our product to be mounted to absolutely any manufacturer's Shoulder Pads.
      -Work with Asian Manufacturers and Suppliers from initial prototypes, through production; bringing the best possible quality products at the lowest possible costs.

      -Designed numerous personal flotation devices for both children and adults; including an innovative "swimsuit" for children which is an actual Coast Guard approved life jacket.
      -Implemented procedures for the tracking and control of 1,000+ customer samples annually. Initiated a simplified sewing
      process that realized a 5% reduction in basic labor costs.
      -Trained and supervised both the CAD Department and Sample Coordinator. Also worked with over-seas manufacturers on
      new product development and manufacturing.
