Process and track to completion all requests that come into Creative Services via BaseCamp. Work with vendors to get best prices on the production of all jobs. Confirm services to Director for invoice payment. Provide graphic design, digital design and web design services for the various jobs that come into Creative Services. Delegate assignments and give creative direction to contractors for various jobs. Assist with developing books. magazines and other editorial projects as assigned. Create email marketing campaigns using HTML5 and CSS3 on the MailChimp software. Work with other ministry creatives to assist with their duties when requested.

Designing assets for digital used by the marketing team. Overseeing the design team to ensure brand guidelines are followed and deadlines are met. Conducting conference calls and meetings for the design team to delegate tasks, bring up concerns and come up with new ideas on how to have a greater reach online. Formulating concepts and design layouts for social media marketing on the platforms of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.

Designing business cards, postcards, flyers, letterhead etc. for clients. Preparing files for print using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Command Workstation (Pre-press). Digital printing using 4-color process on printers by Ricoh, Konica, HP, Canon and Xerox. Print production including multiple binding methods, cutting and bookletizing.

Executing design projects on a short-term basis for multiple companies using the Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. These projects include digital design and web design. Clients worked for: Emser International Tile, Curacao and Moore & Associates.

Updating & designing layouts for marketing materials ranging from installation and specification sheets to product catalogs to sell sheets. Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and developing new ideas to grow the social media presence.

Creating print, web, and interactive designs for clients all over the United States. An expert of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Clients ranging from entrepeneurs to small business owners have commissioned print work including logos/branding, posters, flyers, business cards, album artwork, and magazine layouts. Web work has included full websites, landing pages, and blogs using HTML & CSS, Flash and Wordpress.
