*Controlled fit for Men's, Women's, and Junior's snowsports apparel. *Evaluated samples for compliance with tech pack, noting inconsistencies as well as factory suggestions. *Led fit sessions on mannequins and live models, making fit corrections and recording design changes. *Created and maintained tech packs in Excel and AI, updating the BOM, measurements, grading and sketches as needed. *Approved substitute fabrics for quality and function as needed. *Tracked and maintained all fit samples from first proto to TOP.

* Designed women's active, wool, and quilted outerwear for private labels. * Created original flat technical sketches as well as flat sketches from actual garments on mannequin. * Met seasonal deadlines by creating and maintaining tech packs in Web PDM for overseas samples and production. * Sketched pattern corrections in Illustrator and on paper patterns to communicate fit, pattern, and construction changes to overseas factories. * Adjusted garment specifications to meet quality standards while maintaining target price and original design direction.
