Directed my subcontracted staff of 15, producing a 48- page direct mail catalog quarterly from concept to distribution. Supervised writers, directed photographers, designers and production personnel. Increased sales and profitability dramatically, before I came on board they were $2.1M in the red, in 2 years we were making over 1.3M per year profit.
