I believe within the spectrum of design, landscape and our relationship to our surroundings are extremely important elements that influence our lives. We need to design with our environment and surroundings, fusing design with our environment rather than it being a separate unrelated entity. Using design as a means to link people with their environment and to each other by creating design that is socially aware, thought provoking and innovative.
