Storyboard Duties:
-Collaborate with Director and/or Supervisor to review goals and vision for the storyboards and discuss concerns, timelines and schedule.
-Communicate regularly to ensure storyboards and story telling align with the creative goals of the creative heads.
-Pitch thumbnails or roughs to director and discuss any issues or answer any questions
-Ensure that production staff and creative department heads are aware of status of assignments and any concerns about meeting deadlines or shifts in schedule.
-Responsible for completing all deliverables on time and according to production schedule.
-Responsible for ensuring that the vision and style of the show is consistent and adhered to across all episodes.

Asset Manager Duties:
-Over see the library, and organise all the design elements for each show.
-Work closely with the Director, and Production Manager. Submit regular updates.
-Notify Production Manager of any potential problems, or delays.
-Breakdown scripts and storyboards for Assets.
-Coordinate workflow for design team.
-Organise the designs for approval, and post approved designs for the rest of the production line.

Duties:
-Work closely with Director to review storyboards.
-Ask questions, clarify notes and ensure storyboard revisions are adhered to per feedback provided.
-Work closely with creative department leads to ask questions and discuss issues
-Responsible for ensuring that storyboards align with creative ambitions, vision, and style for each episode.
-Ensure that post-animatic storyboard includes all final dialogue, backgrounds, direction, and action.
-Ensure production staff and creative department heads are in sync on status.
-Ensure deadlines are consistently met and alert appropriate production staff if deadline is in jeopardy

Set Up Supervisor Duties:
-Work closely with the Director, Production Manager, and Animation Supervisor.
-Lead a small team to assemble digital files for Animators.
-Ensure my team is properly equipped with the necessary design elements.
-Review the scenes before posting them and updating tracking documents for scenes to be assigned.
-Attend weekly meetings and inform Production Manager of any potential problems or delays.
-Trouble shooting, problem solving, and working within tight deadlines, are also part of the job.
