Project Based. Designed the debut line for cashmere sweater start-up company. Created mood, trend and color boards. Developed tech packs and led sample fittings at factory. Created fashion illustrations for presentation and marketing materials, as well as style boards and branding materials for the pre-sale launch event.

Designed and developed women's wear styles. Recolored prints to create the color stories of the season. Developed prints with local and overseas vendors. Designed and developed embellishments. Partnered with product development, patternmakers, and technical design teams to execute the line. Presented the line at seasonal meetings.

Designed and developed outerwear and sportswear styles. Worked closely with product development, production, and technical design team to achieve affordable and quality product.

Designed and executed a contemporary collection of women's wovens and outerwear styles in a variety of woven fabrications. Maintained the integrity of the brand while designing products that reflected the latest trends. Supervised and assistant designer and ensured team met deadlines and adhered to calendar.

Designed a cohesive, trend-right line of skirts and dresses, including woven, knit, and sweater fabrications. Shopped and researched trends. Attended daily fittings. Communicated daily with cross functional partners, in both the design office and corporate headquarters to ensure quality, affordable, saleable product.

Assistant Designer: Women's Outerwear and Swimwear
Received the Top Elite Eagle Award for 2005, which is the highest employee recognition award, given only to one employee in the entire company. Worked directly with Design VP to design BTS, Fall, and Holiday Outerwear line. Traveled to Asia as sole designer to work with vendors and factories on meeting samples. Supervised freelancers and managed their daily assignments. Created detailed tech packs and reviewed and approved lab dips, strike offs, bulk approval.
