Living and designing footwear in NYC in the mid nineties . This was an exciting time in footwear, albeit less sophisticated then today.

One of my early big volume shoes, also my first design patent with Fila.

This was before the Fila New York office had in-house developers, and tech packs were all hand drawn and handwritten. The designer faxed artwork and specifications directly to Asia.
