Am currently employed as a Software and Web Developer at The Anchor Agency where I have been overseeing client and company IT solutions and infrastructure since January 2020. Key Responsibilities Website maintenance on the company website and several of the company's client's websites. Design websites and web applications for the clients of the company and offer support, troubleshooting and analysis for these applications. Provide IT support and infrastructural analysis at the Company. Participate in the evaluation and decision making in the structural and human resource needs in the IT Department at the Agency.

Outline Underwent training and internship for two months in the IT Department, providing IT support to company employees in different departments. Key Responsibilities Underwent training in different computing fields such as Programming, Network, server Installations and management. Provided different IT support services in different departments of the organisation. These included configuring internet access and troubleshooting internet connectivity problems, Troubleshooting server connectivity issues and failures.
