Initial Status • ATLAS is an extensive system designed in 1983 • Was managed by the Support Team. • The Support Team constantly improves its functions and features. But oversees: - Human Factors & Ergonomics - Processes Automation - Built a Functional Prototype that saved time in development - Missing Features such as Notifications, Dashboards, and Multi-Channel Screens - Integrating the Document Management System (DMS) with the UI - User Workarounds
Using UI frameworks provided by the development team, the forms are build and test on every project.
Navigation within the interface, displaying:
• Main Menu navigation: items are the Areas/Modules as entry points
• Secondary Menu: items are the actions the user can perform
• User Notifications and help
• Breadcrumbs to navigate withing Areas and Actions
Personas comparison was required to humanise the project and find better ways of communication to the client and the development team. Knowing the average user within the segment helped to define the personas faster.
