Beginning with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, I quickly discovered that my creativity and inspiration came from understanding user needs. This realisation led me to pursue a career in design research where I apply the following principles:

I believe users should be heard. I believe their experiences can ignite innovation, can ground decision making, and can provide valuable input into the design process.

In my work, I facilitate bringing the stories, behaviours, and pain points of users to the companies whose products they use – to the creative minds and to the decision makers alike.

I do this by conducting primary research through interviews and in-context observation to identify patterns, pain points and opportunity areas.
