As a Senior Product Designer, I worked closely with the global designer team to provide innovative, authentic and exciting play for our strategic licensing partners, from premier entertainment to automotive properties, including Hot Wheels™, Barbie Thomas & Friends™, Marvel, DC Comics™, Monster Jam, Cat & TMNT™.
I also pursued a vision of keeping play and innovation closely intertwined with our flagship brands: Road Rippers, Nikko™ and Machine Maker™.

* Proposed over 80 design concepts and assisted Marketing Team on presentation and marketing activities for both corporate brands and sub-brands to achieve business growth.
* Executed over 30 success products from concept to originally styling till production stage.
* Worked closely with R&D to ensure costing and safety issues.

Mattel is a leading toy manufacturing company. As a Senior Product Designer, I reported directly to the Senior Design Manager and supervise a Junior Designer.

I am responsible for TOY STORY & CARS brands in Disney Boys Entertainments. * Worked with multi-disciplinary teams and was responsible for the overall quality of all development stages of multiple projects. Managed over 50 major products launching in Worldwide Disney stores and the international market in 2013 and 2014.

* Proactively supported defining briefs, created options and cost scenarios with business and development teams to deliver competitive propositions and contributed to overall strategy.
* Supported Disney brands's design projects & business development teams in presentation of design capabilities.

Hing Wah Industries is an OEM and ODM Company specializes in LED lighting technology.
As a Design & Project Manager, I reported directly to the CEO and supervised the Design Development Team of 20 designers and engineers.

* Contributed to the development of lighting system and product safety. Worked as a project lead role in serving the largest bicycle group in Germany and Europe.
* Delivered realistic, authentic and innovative solutions to complex design, proposition and brand issues.

* Produced a radical and futuristic exterior design for a Formula 3 type sports car for a private prototype. * Developed a 1:4 scale vehicle model for aerodynamic analysis and engineering report.

Shanghai Way Design is a professional motorcycle design company for Taiwan & China. As a Lead Designer, I reported directly to the VP of Design.

* Involved in a range of projects such as developing face-lift programs for a Chinese car manufacturer, scooter and motorbike projects for the Grand River Group China, Suzuki China and Suzuki Taiwan.
* Responsible for all vehicle designs including motorbike, all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and scooter.
