This uses a "shelving" system to examine the five different development environments in use at the MTC, each with their own IDs and redirects, as well as associated roles. This design is to help streamline the previously-designed application.
When working with development systems, "tokens" are created to act as temporary roles for the developers to proxy a user. These temporary tokens generally decay after an hour, but are essential to quickly check that background systems are working properly within a development environment.
Each user at the MTC has a large amount of data allocated to their logins, and developers need to be able to access that information quickly. A quick user search tool within this application that serves up all relevant information is crucial to developer workflow.
