- Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring that the future generations of Motion products consider the diverse needs of all users, including those with disabilities.
- Utilize insights from user research, interviews, and ideation workshops to identify and address accessibility challenges, making design decisions that enhance usability for everyone.
- When creating user personas, empathy maps, or customer journey maps, include considerations for users with different abilities to ensure a holistic understanding of their needs.
- Design wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups that adhere to accessibility standards, making sure that visual and interactive elements are usable for individuals with varying abilities.
- Contribute to shaping the product strategy by providing insights and expertise on accessibility, emphasizing the importance of designing products that are accessible to a broad user base.
- Work closely with development teams during the prototyping phase to ensure that accessibility considerations are integrated into the build of the product.
- Conduct user testing specifically focused on accessibility to validate design solutions, ensuring that the product is usable and effective for users with diverse needs.
- During free time, actively contribute to designing design systems and UI components that prioritize accessibility for both mobile and web platforms.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Designing & Developing new templates based on Rapid e-learning, e-learning in Games, e-learning simulation, e-learning scenarios and experimenting other modes of e-learning and m-learning in Flash, Photoshop and XML for ipad and mobile.
