Led the Sportswear CAD Team to produce artwork for Lane Bryant, LIVI Active, 6th & Lane and Designer Collaborations that was on trend, brand appropriate, and technically ready for production. This included prints, patterns, yarn dyes and embellishments for wovens, knits and sweaters. Travelled internationally to print mills/factories for rotary, flatbed and sublimation print production. Attended seasonal print shows and scheduled in house studio appointments. Strong Knowledge of print techniques, color reducing/screen separation, sublimation printing, and repeat patterns.

Responsible for creating the print, pattern and embellishment development for all product categories from concept to pre-production. Worked with Design Directors, Trend Director and SVP of Design to create trend and brand right seasonal Print and Concept stories.

• Created yarn dye shirting patterns and presentation boards for private label Men’s Wear.
• Designed new Berle Vintage labels and hang tags

Specialized in male woven products, specifically Boy’s, Ruehl Denim, and Vintage Bottoms.
• Built detailed tech packs including garment specs, flat sketches, fabric, trim & color details utilizing the
designer's initial flat sketch and trim sheet.
• Created high quality technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
• Communicated directly with factories to identify and resolve production issues.
• Partnered with Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing to ensure proper construction and fit for all products.

Responsible for all creative design elements of Berle’s four in-house labels as well as the Barry Bricken designer label. Worked independently with minimal supervision while successfully managing a multiple deadline workload.
•Assisted with the launch of Berle Vintage and the Berle Women’s Golf line.
•Conducted fit sessions and created new comprehensive specification packages for all in-house labels and private labels.
•Coordinated efficient flow of communication between design, product development and overseas
offices to ensure product execution.
