Manager and buyer for all the retail gift shops and outlets in Dallas for the largest Hotel in the South. Corporate buyer for local and national hotel gift shops. Increased retail sales 30+% in first year and consistently had highest sales in the corporation.

Introduced several new product categories that were a great success and increased sales.

Managed all functions of merchandise, food and beverage, admissions and rentals departments. Handled all buying for the Gift Shops and food outlets which included vendor negotiations, contract bids, and corporate sponsorships.

NRH2O opened in 1995, so purchased all equipment and handled the set up for the stores, kitchens, POS systems, etc. Created all training materials, best practices, long term plans and goals, and procedures.

Also acted as Duty Manager and EMT. Hired and trained 200+ employees and supervisors.
