OF DONKEYS AND BASILISKS – LOW TEC PROTOTYPING AND THE PROCESS OF DESIGN, Vienna, 2012

audiovisual sculpture
mostlikely participates in the Vienna Design Week 2012 with a reconstruction of the Viennese Basilisk, a legendary creature. It is composed of exactly 360 complex, individual parts. Those consist of a total of 3780 different, two dimensional paperforms. And those, again, are glued together on 22680 folds. Low tech prototyping – by applying this method in a manic manner we succeed to create something delirious.

Team:
Mostlikely combines architecture, computer graphics, design and sound design. The outstanding projects vary from buildings to installations as well as from videos to music productions, whereas boundaries between branches are most likely free flowing. The community is driven by the nogotiation of genre borders, to enale more comprehensive thoughts on particular projects.
The Viennese agency is run by the five partners Wolfgang List, Kurt Mühlbauer, Maik Perfahl, Mark Neuner and Robert Schwarz.
