Managing a floor of 40 freshmen residents and overseeing their daily activities and adjustment to college life, as well as planning bi-weekly social events for a community of 800 residents and creating marketing and advertising for these events. Weekly duty nights, and 24/7 on call duty shifts solving all problems from medical emergencies to key lockouts.
