As of 2020 I have produced 6 US patents in various products in the furniture markets.

3 of those patents are pending.

I started at Ivy Tech with an open mind, choosing to broaden my horizons. I took the time to study three different career paths. Mechanical, with 15 years as a tool and die maker. Architectural, with 5 years in new home construction and renovation, along with 10 years as a nationally recognized furniture designer and maker. And Civil, with 5 years in the bridge building trade. Due to my background it made sense. I have several years of experience with each and have obtained great success in each field.

My past experiences coupled with my degrees in Design Technologies have positioned me for a career in design and drafting/CAD along with 3-D design.

I am looking for a career in any of three areas, Mechanical, Architectural or Civil. Possibly a design position with the right company.
