MODEXS was established primarily to provide affordable web design in our local area of St Helens. After 4-6 months of this venture, our services soon became known on a wider scale and our client base rapidly became international.



With our new found popularity, we didn't want anything to change. We wanted to maintain our affordability and still offer more than the competant competition.
