      Content at Eventbrite is the core of how we attract, convert, and retain our customers. My team uses inbound marketing to be found, pull prospects in, earn their attention, and reduce cost per conversion.

      As Managing Editor, I oversee a strategic mix of content-driven resources (ebooks, reports, blog posts, sales enablement resources, and more) to establish Eventbrite as a thought leader, influencer, and trusted technology partner.

      Here's what I spend my time doing:

      + Developing a sustainable pipeline of strategic content at all stages of the funnel — from awareness-stage blog posts to sales enablement leave-behinds

      + Managing a team of 4 scary-smart, metrics-driven content creators

      + Tracking, optimizing, and reporting on content metrics (GA, Marketo, SFDC, etc.) across platforms, including our WordPress blog, content portal, and email nurture streams

      + Setting standards of quality and ensure all deliverables meet them, including tone and voice guide, readability benchmarks, SEO keywords, and production efficiencies.

      + Identifying, hiring, and supervising content contractors.

      + Partnering closely with design team to bring content to life visually.

      + Coordinating editorial voice across the organizer marketing function.

      + Providing editorial direction and copy writing support.

      + Finding inspiring GIFs. (This is maybe the most important part of my job.)
