Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming sales orders (average 1000-1200 per day).
- Monitor and maintain work flow as per company goals (24 hours turnaround time).
- Prepare Training material and develop correction systems based on each
employee performance.
- Incorporate new procedures and systems to facilitate workflow and work quality.
- Coordinate and plan web design projects, deadlines, and provide guidelines
for the same.
- Create procedures for production new methods and machineries.
- Arrange existing procedures based on sales seasons and company growth.
- Monitor outsources staff’s daily output to assure best quality work.
- Maintain department cost and budget by constantly adjusting staff layout if needed.
- Eliminate art errors, and overall mistake cost.
- Approve all orders over $1k daily, and assure no mistakes.
- Monitor the admin system and provide urgent support in case of issues or glitches.
- Fix web site information (imprint area, upload art templates for new
items and keep track of it).
- Oversea new production prints procedures and learn each of them to set
procedures accordantly to production –art needs.
- Assist company employees and other head departments with any art concern.
- Process Commercial orders and owners personal requests.
- Handle art related calls and follow up on the same.
- Provide feedback to managers in regards to processes and new workflow.
- Communicate daily with all managers and engage into solution meetings to
understand each department and provide better service.
