Agenda Management App

This is an agenda management application. I was part of this project from kick-off, through the beta, and am now working on integrating a self-service user assistance strategy for the public release.

I was involved in the discovery/generative research phase early on, interviewing potential beta customers and advising on user stories and feature selection. I conducted most of the usability testing sessions, and developed interactions, wireframes, and visual prototypes.

During the beta, I was heavily involved in user assistance, helping the product manager pilot a new chat support tool as well as developing our 'test drive' approach to the beta.

After the beta ended, I have been focused on new functionality and user assistance. I attended roughly a dozen training calls to feel out how our initial customers were reacting to the release. Currently, I am working on integrating a proactive email campaign that delivers timely training materials to our users right when they need them.
