As a senior member of the UX team, I plan, conduct, and analyze usability studies. I lead contextual inquiries/ethnographic research and design sprints. I create, administer, and analyze surveys. I socialize the results of research with product, engineering, and business teams. I create wireframes and diagrams to help convey interaction design intentions.

In this contract role, I planned, led, and analyzed user research and usability tests. I created wireframes using Balsamiq and high-fidelity prototypes using Sketch. I also created a taxonomy of assets used in wallboards and mobile devices across the Outcome customer base.

As a UX Strategist, I am the "Voice of the User" in the Granicus Product Organization. It is my job to help instill an open and honest feedback loop between our clients, other Granicus employees, and the Product team. My goal is to ensure that we never forget the people for whom we design our software. * User Testing team lead: planning, recruiting, and running usability studies for 5 products * Defined UX Strategy from project kickoff to beta release of a brand-new product * Create low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity prototypes to communicate design intentions to visual designers, programmers, product managers, and executive stakeholders * Present and defend design and strategy recommendations based on knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and research findings * Create personas and workflow diagrams based on research findings

Designed and coded restaurant websites using Adobe Illustrator, Invision, Balsamiq, Visio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Twitter Bootstrap.
