Working as an Undergraduate Intern Product Design Engineer within the vacs team of Research and Development of Numatic International Ltd, Somerset. The company is a commercial cleaning supplier, made famous by the 'Henry' tub vac, with in-house injection moulding facilities and over 4,000 different product configurations.

During this placement I took 3 injection moulded components from concept through to production each with projected quantities ranging from 10,000-100,000+ units/year.
