Design Manager/Senior Designer for Gillette’s 5 billion dollar wet shaving business.

• Designer working across all Gillette global brands with particular focus on strengthening our portfolio in developing markets
• Design and design management of new product initiatives across all Gillette grooming product categories
• Upstream innovation(FEI), design research, conceptualizing, design management and design strategy
• Lead/execute design work from initial research and invention through to production
• Develop and integrate design research methodologies
• Management of internal and external design resources
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Production Engineers to create product designs which satisfy specific engineering
and manufacturing requirements
• Manage and direct the color, material, finish and trend process for programs including the specing and approval of
new materials
• Council senior leadership (Director- President ) through product design recommendations

•Worked directly with principal and clients to continue the company’s leadership in the commercial and super premium
residential laundry industry
•Responsible for all new product industrial design, presentation, design development, and prototyping through to production.
•Designed, developed, and constructed full size functional prototypes while working with in-house production departments
•Spent 5 weeks in mainland China working directly with manufactures to perfect parts I personally designed and
engineered

• Lead all aspects of design work from ideation through production design for the microwave division of GE Appliances
• Worked closely with multidisciplinary teams and manufactures to implement many new products into production
