Led the turnaround of the Institute of Wellbeing and Happiness, achieving the biggest success in 12 years moving from local, presential with 2,000 attendees to a global, digital with 50,000 attendees' space. * Performance management. Redesigning personal development plans (reskilling and upskilling) lead to increasing the internal promotions from 10% to 60% in one year * Talent Management end to end, streamlining the process from the recruitment and onboarding to the out-skilling. Halving the time from need to post in 6 months, while reducing the premature turnover, moving our job-offer-acceptance from 4 out of 10 to 8 out of 10 by implementing agile sprints * Employee engagement: achieving an increase from 65% to 75% satisfaction in 1 year * Ensuring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) achieved by working with the top250 leaders to create a psychologically safe workplace, and moving up from 20% to 60% of women in leadership positions * COVID response: turn around operations to virtual in 48 hours, responsible to lead the design of the working from home experience for all our business units and more than 30,000 employees (Tec and Tecmilenio) * Designing, building, testing, and executing the new learning platform.
