Hello!

I am a CAD Designer at Skyware Global in Smithfield, North Carolina. I graduated last year from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Design, and Engineering and a concentration in Graphic Communications. I specialize in transforming concepts and ideas into working models and technical drawings. I can continue in the design process to create conceptual renderings, production specifications, and iterative prototypes as well. I have a collective experience of over 8 years in modeling software including Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Revit. I am a Dassault Systems Certified Associate in Solidworks, with over 5 years of experience including flow simulation, FEA, sheet metal, and molding processes. I am also proficient in animation and rendering software including Photoview 360 and 3D Studio Max. I am familiar with most of the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and PhoneGap.

I have a broad set of experience, starting with my internship as a designer and technician at Kenny Hawkins Automotive in Raleigh, NC. After graduating, I became a temporary designer at Facility Transition Services in downtown Raleigh creating commercial furniture layouts in AutoCAD and Revit. I am now designing satellite antenna systems, assisting in managing the PDM, and continuing my education at Skyware Global with experiences in Lean Six Sigma and website/App design within the engineering department.
