• Designed, developed, and managed seasonal deliveries for the following labels: Laundry by Shelli Segal Swimwear, Coastal Zone by Jantzen, Jantzen Private Label Accounts, Laundry by Shelli Segal SMU, South Point, Jag Sport, and Target’s private label brand Clean Water and Clean Water PLUS.
• Expanded Laundry by Shelli Segal and Target’s Clean Water line 125% by adding an extra delivery in 2017.

• Successfully brought 90% profit after redesigning the look of Laundry by Shelli Segal
Swimwear for Spring 2016.
• Doubled profit for Target’s private label brand, Clean Water, for Spring 2016 which helped expand our line to the PLUS division.
• Launched new contemporary swim brand, Coastal Zone by Jantzen.
• Designed and managed Laundry by Shelli Segal Swimwear, various SMU, private label brands for accounts including Target, Ross, Burlington, Marmaxx, JC Penney,
Costco, and more.
• Worked closely with sourcing and merchandising to develop smart and cost effective products.
• Communicated daily with sales, patternmakers, graphics, sewers, and technical team. • Produced prints and recolored artwork.
• Attended all fittings from 1st prototype to production to ensure the best fit.
• Created line sheets, inspiration/mood, and presentation boards for sales
team and buyers.

• Assisted in the design and management of the following brands: Jantzen, Jag, Laundry by
Shelli Segal Swimwear, all of SMU, and private label brands.
• Helped develop seasonal color stories and concept through market trend and sales research.
• Collaborated with designers to create inspiration/mood boards for sales team.
• Sketched flats and created detailed line sheets in illustrator.
• Worked closely with pattern maker and tech designer to generate accurate and detailed tech packs using Web PLM/PDM programs.
• Participated in design meetings and fittings.

• Communicated daily with designers, sewers, pattern makers, showrooms, and vendors to
ensure production requirements are pursued.
• Created line sheets and tech packs with details call-out for sample vendors.
• Supervised fittings and design meetings to document changes.

• Established an organizational system for production team.
• Collaborated alongside designer to produce ideas and concepts for upcoming line. • Re-designed tech pack template to better communicate design specs to overseas.
