Leading the day-to-day design of products that assist pilots in their flight-planning efforts, that facilitate collaboration between our interior designers and our customers, and that leverage industry-first AR/VR technology to allow our users to envision the future of Gulfstream’s products.

Collaborated with clients and teams to visualize, design, and execute user experience solutions for some of the world’s most recognized companies including ADT Security, Motorola, and McDonald’s.

Directed multi-disciplinary user-centered design processes. Led the implementation of participatory design and co-creation methods, ethnography, and contextual inquiry. Applied user insights to design strategy, requirements, personas, scenarios, workflows, experience frameworks, information architecture, interaction design, concept direction, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

Contributed to business strategy, client services, mentoring, business development, team and project management, profitability, and staffing.

Founded this ice cream company with a focus on creating an exemplary customer experience. Named one of the top ice cream brands in Chicago by Zagat. Catered events for Google, GE Capital, James Beard Award Winning Chefs, and others. Developed the brand, created the recipes, and built the business from the ground up.

Contributed to the core interactions for all first to market Push-to-Talk Android phones. Led the design of Calling, Recent Calls, Home Screen, and SIM Manager on multiple devices.

Assembled and led project-based teams of designers and engineers for a portfolio of over 60 clients including Microsoft, Sirius XM, Mr. Coffee, Oster, Sunbeam, and Valvoline.

Defined and executed the end-to-end UX strategy for hardware, desktop, mobile, and embedded software solutions. Created standards and processes enabling us to consistently deliver meaningful results. Instilled design thinking and collaboration guidelines to produce remarkable solutions for small scale startup and large scale enterprise environments.

Owned all aspects of business strategy, client services, business development, team and project management, profitability, and staffing.

Rebranded and redesigned the online presence for IDSA Florida, taught workshops, mentored junior designers, critiqued and advised students on their work, organized social events, and welcomed new arrivals to the Florida design scene.

Led product design initiatives for companies including BlackBerry, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Oster, and Sunbeam. Projects ranged from long-view blue sky explorations, to near-term production-ready consumer products.
