● Generating production work orders from design drawings for the fabrication of cleanroom systems valued at approximately $111M in FY 2025, ensuring accuracy and workflow efficiency.
● Creating, reviewing, and issuing detailed work orders while collaborating with other engineers to develop novel, modular cleanroom design plans.
● Investigating the root causes of workflow issues and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround times. This includes the identification of plant-wide improvements, and leading the necessary design, purchasing, manufacturing, and implementation.

● Oversaw team mission radio development, telemetry tracking, and data analysis, ensuring seamless communication with orbiting satellites.
● Collaborated closely with software, mechanical, and computer systems engineers to troubleshoot communication issues, positively contributing to the successful execution of lab missions.

● Served as the Project Manager in a volunteer professional workforce development program tailored to provide participants with the opportunity to learn NASA mission practices, protocols, and procedures through the development of a unique high-level Mars rover mission.
● Engaged with a team of students and NASA experts/liaisons to develop a mature mission concept, along with supporting presentation and technical report.

● Served as Lead Systems Engineer of the Fall 2023 Multi-Use Molten Salt Reactor (MUMS) project team as a part of a volunteer professional workforce development program where we researched the plausibility of a reactor that could produce power, oxygen, and metal alloys using lunar soil.
● Placed as a finalist out of 17 other teams for a $10,000 Science Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) for the opportunity to continue our mission proposal.

● Designed fiber splicing bench and prototype based on the requirements specified by the lead engineer and interviews with operators. Implementation of the final design will streamline the splicing process and improve yields and resulting in increased capacity for the high-value submarine fiber product.

● Completed multiple design projects for the Draw and Post-Draw manufacturing teams using a wide range of software and tools (SolidWorks, MATLAB, Autodesk Inventor, etc.), including a complex rotary union and assembly station for the fiber Research and Design group. The rotary union is critical to fiber development on a vertical lathe.

● Worked with a multidisciplined team of engineers to investigate and determine the cause of optical fiber breaks as part of a major manufacturing improvement project.
● Findings helped to reduce plant-wide break rates by nearly 75%.
