About
Öri is a design studio, single-owner, with collaborations of other designers. Oriol Barri, is his alma mater. Restless, creative and enthusiastic, started in the jewelry world, after his interior design studies and having made various projects for studios in Barcelona and London. He also has dedicated part of his time teaching and has participated in different awards. Four years ago he has devoted to his true pasion, industrial design, and decided to create his own firm with the purpose to make public the designs that he has created during this last years.

Awards
Second prize in Habitacola awards 2005. The rules of this interior design competition were to transform premises in disuse into spaces for organisations that take care off some social problem.
Our team presented ´FUGIDA´, a design for an abused womens´ shelter, making use of some empty premises in ´Poblenou´, Barcelona.
Finalist in Cdesign awards. In this competition Citroën proposed to realise designs for everyday elements based on one or more parts of any of their car models.
Out of over 300 entries presented from all over the world, my design was selected together with a further seven projects as finalist of the competition.
Third prize in Sonia Small & efficient spaces... Design contest 2012. -
