eBay 10 - Unwrap Your Passion

eBay had its 10th anniversary in India in March 2015. With eBay.in planning to host one of the biggest sales ever on their website, the onus was on the digital activities to ensure that there was a constant flow of traffic to the website and high buzz about the sale.

The Sale was launched with a 360 degree activity with eBay.in hosting the biggest online hunt with clues given via mediums like Radio, Print, Television as well as renowned influencers like Tanmay Bhat. Users got options for the passions that they wished to pursue and by cracking the code, they could take the product for free!

The second leg of the sale had an activity to go with the cricketing season. Shoppers scored runs basis their purchases and the ones with the most runs won trips to foreign destinations every day.

The campaign garnered over 70,000 clicks-to-website for the brand with over 3 lakh interactions on facebook. The twitter activities garnered over 80,000 tweets leading to a reach of over 17 million.
