The content strategy for eBay India was devised on the basis of the community division of their target audience.

The entire audience was divided into Tech Lovers, Fashionistas, Unique Product Lovers and the Deal Seekers. The generic content was aimed at these communities to generate maximum engagement while delivering over 1 lakh clicks to website every month.
