6 months Worked as lead UX designer for a project on Electronic Medical Record system commonly known as EMR system and brought the project till implementation level. Learnings: * Understands that one succeeds sooner by trial and experiments. * Understands that prototyping can be done at much fidelity and have experience doing and leading that work. * Believes in a Human-Centred approach to design and comfortable going out into the world for inspiration. * Expert ability to create and turn creative ideas and concepts into detailed wireframes, specs and documentation. * Believes that better work is done through collaboration and have the ability to inspire team through collaboration as well as direction, vision and planning. * Incredible amounts of creativity and a passion for design.
