business goals and better develop their long-term and short-term strategies.
● Researchmarket trends and analyze competitive landscapes to guide design opportunities.
● Utilizing Model-Making/Rapid-Prototyping skills to study ergonomics, user logic, and overall define user centric
experiences
● Continuously researching and identifying new ways to increase process efficiencies through cutting programs like Copilot,
ChatGPT, Dali, and other applied Gen Ai tools.

Responsible for representing the voice of the consumer in driving comprehensive structural packaging initiatives from the fuzzy
front-end to in market execution– in support of KDP portfolio of 125+ owned, licensed, and partnered brands.
● Generate fresh, compelling design solutions for BU pipelines, brand experience/activations, and long-term strategic
initiatives while representing consumer-centric thinking and excellent aesthetic sensibility for complex design challenges.
● Researching brand opportunities via emerging market/design trends, consumer segments, and the competitive audits to
inspire and guide design strategies.
● Collaborate with partners to drive key testing protocols, develop and create testing stimuli, and implement testing activities
both internally and externally sourced.
● Inspire and engage cross functional teams through high level presentations containing: research summaries,
sketches/renderings, scenarios, appearance models, and functional prototypes.
● Translate consumer needs, brand DNA, contextual imagery, and visual direction into functional, beautiful, brand-targeted
packaging experiences.
● Conducting and facilitating brainstorming, ideations, and refinement workshops with XF teams.
● Simultaneously managing multiple fast paced projects each with unique, dynamic sets of deliverables.

Contracted to develop, drive, and coordinate company wide initiative to increase sustainability data viability and visibility for
packaging development.
● Leading weekly presentations with Key Stakeholders, effectively communicating: project landmarks/milestones (%),
resource updates, identifying key successes and hurdles, etc.
● Lead engagements with external partners- across 30+ packaging sites, domestic and global.
