Kirsten Spanjer Smith

I have over 10 years experience in marketing communication design, creative services and project management. I am currently responsible for website development and creating memorable integrated marketing materials from concept through production. This includes overseeing development and execution of impactful marketing deliverables for web, print, digital, video and events, in addition to providing creative briefs outlining objectives and requirements. I am also responsible for developing and launching visual branding guidelines and ensuring brand positioning and brand consistency with vendors, ad agencies and internal clients.

I am known for helping clients meet their marketing objectives, improving operational efficiencies and utilizing cost-effective best practice standards. I hire and mentor vendors, freelancers and interns on communication objectives and deliverables; foster teamwork and can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment; and prioritize and complete workload within scope, deadline and budge. In managing all phases of creative communications, I understand the importance of proactively discussing with clients their objectives so that we can provide clear direction to internal teams and vendors.

I am also involved in all print checks for quality control and to ensure print specs are being met. I have worked with vendors for all types of print needs, such as environmental signage, pole banners, custom packaging, vinyl stickers, wall and floor graphics, vehicle graphics and event signage and collateral.
