o Designed and assisted in the rollout of a multitude of new store fixtures for Toys "R" Us & Babies "R" Us stores worldwide.
o Achieved company fixture design goals through organization, team collaboration, the use of conceptual hand sketching, presentation quality 3D renders, and detailed design intent drawings for external vendor fabrication.

o Assisted in the creation of designs (sketch, presentation quality renders, CD sets) of major/nation-wide projects such as Street Talk, Threading Station, NYS Collection and others, including renovations and additions of existing retail stores, kiosks, RMU's and promotional units.
o Obtained experience in coordinating projects with professional architects, designers, carpenters, project managers, mall and retail management, national building departments, and a wide array of clients.
o Acquired knowledge of the methods of fabrication, CAM/CAD integration, business transactions, negotiation, material aesthetics and selection, as well as the necessary skills to complete a design from concept to product.

o Assisted in the design and CAD drafting of major projects such as Kristal Auto Mall in Brooklyn, NY and others, such as high-end renovations, new homes, and offices, through use of wood frame, metal stud, and steel construction methods as deemed appropriate for the project at hand.
o Obtained experience working with professional architects, project managers, NYC Building Department, and clients.
o Acquired knowledge of the necessary skills to complete transactions involving clients and New York City governing agencies.

o Assisted architects in several draft renovations and additions on new projects.
o Acquired knowledge of what is necessary to complete an architectural drawing as well as the requirements to pass the New York City Department of Buildings specifications.
o Gained experience working with professional architects, engineers, designers, and builders and how they achieve their goals for work.
