Home Properties is a multifamily real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns, operates, develops, acquires, and rehabilitates apartment communities.
Within the purchasing department I assist our design team, regional property managers and construction teams with 'conceptual vision' and 'land management' strategies. Some day to day examples are research and analysis, design, construction drawings, construction administration, maintenance and management.

For six years I provided an established presence in the profession having been exposed to a multitude of projects varying in scale across the Southwest and Baja Mexico deserts, to the alpine regions of the Rockies’ and the coastal areas of California. I have a proven track record overseeing all phases of design and construction in the following markets:
