This project highlights my experience presenting research and hosting a roundtable at the 2026 AHRD International Research Conference.

Focusing on “The Complex Role of Family in the Leadership Journey of Asian and Asian American Women,” I examined how family dynamics, cultural expectations, and gender roles shape women’s leadership paths, identity, and professional growth. This work reflects my commitment to inclusive leadership and to examining the central role of family in shaping the leadership journeys of Asian and Asian American women.
