I am an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in all the three medium, Print, Web and in Video I had started my career in this field in Aug 7,1998 from Amritsar, Punjab as a trainer.I got the opportunity to Worked as a Special Effect Artist in UTV Mumbai at Worli and move to Mumbai. After working there for a year again I shifted myself to training and joined Arena Animation Academy Andheri as a Senior Faculty.In March 2006 I had got the opportunity from Kores India Limited, worked as a production Manager of there 2D /3D Animation Department at Vikhroli, Mumbai. There I was responsible for co-ordinating with vendors, planning and executing the whole project, interacting with clients handling the financial matters related to projects. Monitoring the operational activity. Get the creative brief and train the employees to make them ready for the production as per the project need.Presently I am working with Comart Lithographer, 74 year old Pre-Media Company as a Chief Trainer of there Training Department. My biggest achievements for this company is to make there training Institute a globally recognised, Adobe Authorized training centre making the courseware according to the industry need. My job role here is to conduct basic and advanced level courses specific to the needs of the Publishing, Packaging and Image Mixing/Retouching industry. Design relevant course material and topic wise assignments/projects for the training. Also responsible to lead faculty to train prospective students from Art Colleges and related industry and also conduct periodic in-house training for the Company’s personnel to constantly upgrade their software skills and make them confident and industry ready. Till know I had train many employees and students of different corporate and colleges like Times of India, Hindustan Times, Hiranandani, Thomson, etc and also the students from different art colleges like JJ Arts college, GIPT, Sophia, Raheja arts college, Rachna college etc.
