Heartbeat explores the role of music and dance in southwest Native American life and culture in the past and present. The exhibit includes 110 musical instruments from the Museum's collection, dressed manikins, project imagery, and interactive exhibits and media including a recording booth that uploads recordings to Soundcloud.
