As Design Manager I have been responsible for establishing a in-house Textile/Fashion Print design studio for designing and development of in house print based fashion range. I have also actively contributed in setting up the in-house Digital Print facility and heading the team of designers responsible for design and development of new print based fashion products. It involves active monitoring from the study of designs, sampling them, sourcing and printing of designs on fabrics, photo-shoot, customer panel response and all the other stages that involve getting the products finally on-line. The Print range now contributes about 35% of the total sales.

Design Development & Research It includes heading the print design department along with basic research and study of themes on latest forecast and trends and thus designing and coordinating digital and screen prints with the design department to complete the task.
