Bin Fontillas

Carries out fitouts of store windows and interiors based on the de fined time frame, implementing guidelines received from the Visual Department at the Headquarters and ensuring their maintenance on a daily basis.

Under the direction from the Visual Manager, is responsible for creating an exciting visual environment in the store and supporting all visual initiatives. The Visual Associate is also responsible for merchandising the floor, creating interesting and appropriate window displays and changing the apparel on all mannequins according to merchandising and visual standards set forth by Saks Fifth Avenue.

Coordinate and take direction from the Visual Director on all potential visual concepts. Responsible for developing the concept into a live display for presentations and final store displays.
Responsible for building and creating rigs, fixtures, concepts, etc.
Partners with Warehouse Supervisor on all in-house projects and rollouts.
Works with merchandising and display teams as needed for floor sets, window installations, etc.
Responsible for the gathering of all materials needed for Corporate Visual Presentations as well as the assembly and preparation. This includes samples from buying as it relates to the presentation. Must be budget-conscious on all materials.
Create and develop concepts collaboratively with other members of the Visual Team.
Responsible for the construction and design of all visual displays, fixtures, and presentations.
Coordinate with the Sr. Operations Manager for on-site visual projects. Responsible for executing them when applicable.
Responsible for implementing current visual displays or concepts for all corporate meetings. Coordinate with Sr. Production Coordinator to prepare and execute all visuals needed for company meetings and conferences.
Coordinate with the Sr. Production Coordinator to ensure all visual display materials needed for floor sets arrive to stores for implementation. Responsible for setting up installation date, time, and the implementation.
Coordinate with the Creative Visual Manager in compiling and assembling information and photos for miscellaneous directives.
Responsible for the production and filing of the visual presentation books. This includes pictures of all visual installations and information.
Maintain an organized and clean visual studio. Must stay organized, clean, and free of disorder at all times.
Responsible for maintaining all wholesale showrooms.
Responsible for all tradeshow execution.

Assisting managers in styling and updating fashion. Training and directing free-lancers. Arranging and conducting trunk shows, special designer events and private parties.
