• Planning and implementation of social media updates for multiple clients; including daily product promotion, interruptions and sharing relevant of industry news
• Writing and uploading of blog posts, newsletter content and content planners for social media
• Collating monthly reports of online, print and social media coverage for multiple clients; printing them in full and posting to clients once approved
• Taking calls to the business; forwarding them to the relevant client teams and individuals

• Completing an overhaul of the business’ online store, uploading 500+ furniture products with images, descriptions and full product specifications
• Developing an interactive design program that allowed users to implement fabrics, wallpapers and colour schemes to create their own virtual living room
• Assisting in the launch of a new sister company ‘Dementia Design Solutions’, personally designing the company logo, brochure and business presentations for potential clients and partners
