The SRB is responsible for representing all student chapters and independent student members within the chapter and:
• Attend the ASID Leadership Training Program online at www.asid.org
• Serves as a voting member of the chapter board
• Serves as the communication link between the chapter and the student membership at large
• Serves as the communication link between the Student Advisory Council (SAC) and student membership at large
• Encourages student participation in SAC programs such as career and professional development opportunities for student members
• Encourages student participation in all chapter programs
• Ensures that all student chapter communications are conducted in accordance with the ASID brand identity and standards
• Maintains communication with chapter president, student affairs chair, student chapter presidents, faculty advisors and student chapter liaisons.
• Maintains and updates contact information for student chapter officer rosters and forward to the SAC and HST.
• Assists the chapter student affairs committee in coordinating chapter sponsored student programs and events such as Career Day

Florida State University - Summer Study in the Restoration of the Historic Decorative Arts
2007 - 2007
Engaged in the 1 week intensive summer program focusing on restoration and preservation of the decorative arts. This program takes place on the campus if the Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota Florida in the extensively restored Ca d’Zan. The course allowed me to study with curators, art historians and craftsmen involved with the restoration of this estate.
