Design Specialist -contract Outerwear, Active + Gear
• Produced visuals for a multi-dimensional presentation for the Senior Vice President of Merchandising indicating specific outdoor sports and corresponding products, co-branding opportunities and growth potential based on current market trends

• Designed woven tops, generating a 45% volume increase in woven category in retail buy
• Conceptualized artwork for embroidery, woven tops, jackets and trim by focusing on authentic story telling through print and pattern
• Researched and presented trends in the market place to design director and merchandising team to give context to collection
• Built initial spec packs utilizing Flex PLM program, tabulated garment construction specs, design specs, BOM, and technical sketches
• Implemented and maintained organizational systems for color standards, artwork, fabrics, and trims, resulting in efficient resources for design team
