• Development of solid models of various machining, casting and sheet metal components with the help of 2D layout in UG NX 8.5 and Siemens PLM Software.
• Creating assemblies of various 3D solid models in UG NX 8.5 and Siemens PLM software.
• Efficient drafting, detailing of components, section with BOM, GD & T, Machining and welding symbols, etc.,
• Quality checking of 3D models and drafting before the deliveries.

Details of training:
• Creating CAD models and assembly of different CNC units using SOLIDWORKS and UNIGRAPHICS.
• 2D drafting of the components and assigning GD&T as per the part design and functional requirements.
• Inspection of CNC spindle parts related to dimensional accuracies and defects.
• Assembly of CNC spindles of different CNC machine models like Spinner 15, Spinner 18, Spinner.com etc.,

• Systematic Maintenance of fuel gas lines, special gas lines, Gas Holders, Gas Mixing Station and Boosters.
• Responsible for site fabrication, pipeline equipment & installation.
• Scheduling, planning, coordinating on-site activities to implement preventive & defect free production to ensure smooth functioning of all equipments in the plant.
• Accountable for material management and handling like loading, unloading and shifting of components and equipments to the project site for erection & commissioning.
• Maintaining by-product fuel gas lines (Corex, Blast Furnace, Coke Oven & Mixed Gas), special gas lines (O2, N2 & Argon), Gas holders, Gas Mixing stations, Boosters with execution of protocol and PTW system regulations. Adept at implementing maintenance plans to minimize downtime and losses of all machines within given time frame.
