• As Senior Graphic Designer in the 3C4G department at Make It Real, I was tasked with researching emerging trends in toys, stationary and beauty items directed toward a tween demographic. I further applied these trends to product and packaging from initial concept to final production. Including working with Structural Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Legal.
• Package Design: Working with the Structural Engineer, I created engaging and whimsical packaging designs appealing to both tweens and adult collectors alike. This often required quick creative thinking on very short deadlines to meet Toy Fair and Marketing goals before actual production could begin.
• Time Management: I continuously successfully juggled multiple projects at once at various stages of creation and production to continuously meet the goals of upcoming and future product releases. This often required cross-team engagementto help the needs of other designers in completing work on deadline. Including oversight of others’ projects and supervising creative and production processes and procedures were met.

I created innovative and engaging toy packaging from concept to production, brainstorming with Structural Engineers, Brand, Toy Design and Marketing to developdesigns that told the story of the product, while maintaining best eco practices for reduced and recycled materials. This also included creating packaging and POP display renders and proposed shelf layouts for vendors, while also laisoning with international print vendors to acheive superior print quality.
• Photography: I took an art direction role from overseeing product and live talent choices, to wardrobe, decor/atmosphere. This ensured maximizing product packaging presence on shelf and for future advertising and display units.
• Toy Fair displays: as the backbone of attracting interest in products from large buyers such as Amazon and Walmart, I developed the concepts, layouts, and provided print-ready artwork to create an immersive experience.
